WrenSMS Consent Transcript
Wren Trip Updates, a program of Dube International, LLC. Last updated September 16, 2026
How this consent occurs
End users opt in verbally during a recorded inbound phone call to their transportation provider’s booking line, which is answered by Wren, the phone-intake service operated by Dube International, LLC. The exchanges below are representative transcripts of those moments as they occur on calls. Caller details are illustrative; the consent questions are quoted verbatim from the live call script. Each exchange is preserved in the call recording.
Transcript: opt-in for trip updates
Wren (agent): This is for you, Jane, picked up at 123 Main Street in Parma, going to the Cleveland Clinic, arriving August 14 at 10:00 AM, round trip, and the callback number is (216) 555-0142. Is that correct?
Caller: Yes, that’s right.
Wren (agent): Would it be alright for Wren, Graceful Living Transportation’s text messaging service, to text you updates about this trip? Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Caller: Yes, that’s fine.
Wren (agent): Thank you. You’re all set.
Transcript: request for a payment link
This second exchange happens only when the caller asks to pay by card. It is a separate request, made by the person on the call, for a single link about their own trip.
Caller: Can I just pay for it now with my card?
Wren (agent): I can text you a secure link to pay by card. Is it alright to send it to this number? Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out.
Caller: Yes, that works.
Wren (agent): Sent. It opens Graceful Living Transportation’s payment page for $234.00. I will stay on the line while you finish.
Program disclosures
On these calls the provider is Graceful Living Transportation; on every call the assistant speaks the name of the transportation provider the caller dialed. Only a clear verbal yes is recorded as consent. If the caller says no, gives an unclear answer, or says nothing, no messages are sent and the booking proceeds normally.
Opting in is optional, never preselected, and not a condition of booking or of receiving transportation service. The program sends transactional messages only: booking confirmations, pickup reminders, a payment link when the caller asks to pay by card, and operational ride alerts to the provider’s dispatch staff. No marketing messages are sent and no marketing opt-in exists. Message frequency varies with trip activity; a typical booked trip generates one to three messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out and HELP for help. For customer care, email contact@wren.talk or call your transportation provider’s office. Full program terms: SMS Program Terms & Consent.
